Business Analyst

Executive Support and StrategicPlanning:

• Work closely with the founder ondaily tasks ranging from operational planning to strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the development andexecution of company-wide strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate and managecross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and consistency with the companys objectives.

Project Management andExecution:

• Lead and support various functionssuch as sales, marketing, operations, hiring, and product management.
• Track the progress of key projects,manage deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met.
• Provide regular updates andreports to the founder and executive team on the status of ongoing projects.

Problem Solving and IssueResolution:

• Address and resolve day-to-dayissues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Identify bottlenecks in processesand work with relevant teams to implement solutions.

Market Research and BusinessDevelopment:

• Conduct market research andcompetitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in identifying and pursuingnew business opportunities to drive growth.
• Monitor Internal and ExternalCommunications to spot new avenues of improvement growth.

Communication and Coordination :

• Prepare reports, presentations,and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between theFounders Office and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience,ideally in a fast-scaling company.
• Proven track record of strongexecution and achieving results in previous roles.
• Experience in project managementand a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
• Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently,as well as part of a team.
• Experience working closely withC-level executives or senior management is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration, Management, or a related field; a Masterdegree is preferred.
