Vertoz as a ZKraft is a 360 digital agency equipped with various tools and technologies to help businesses scale up their digital marketing efforts.

What you will do:

-Strategic Campaign Development:

Design and implement innovative advertising strategies tailored to client goals, focusing on performance marketing and brand-building objectives.

Customize campaigns to address the unique needs of Indian and US markets, leveraging local market insights. Identify opportunities for growth across platforms, introducing clients to emerging trends and capabilities.

-Campaign Management & Optimization:

Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, creative strategy, and budget allocation.

Utilize A/B testing, data analysis, and platform insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and update strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.

-Client Relationship Management:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic recommendations aligned with their business objectives.

Provide clear and actionable performance reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

-Market Intelligence & Innovation:

-Team Leadership:

Requirements
-8+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a focus on LinkedIn, TikTok, and X platforms.

-Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with measurable success in both India and US markets.

-In-depth knowledge of:

Audience segmentation and advanced targeting techniques.
Ad bidding strategies and optimization.
Analytics tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Twitter/X Ads Manager.

-Exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

-Strong leadership experience with a focus on team building and cross-functional collaboration.

-Excellent communication skills for client management and internal coordination.
