Vertoz as a ZKraft is a 360 digital agency equipped with various tools and technologies to help businesses scale up their digital marketing efforts.

What you will do:

- Omnichannel Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize hyperlocal marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, email, and offline mediums.

- Creative Operations:

Oversee the development of creatives that resonate with local audiences, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with brand guidelines.

- CRM Platform Management:

Drive the effective use of CRM tools to manage customer data, nurture leads, and enhance customer retention strategies.

- CDP Implementation & Utilization:

Leverage customer data platforms to integrate and analyze consumer data, enabling hyper-targeted marketing campaigns.

- SEO Guidance:

Provide strategic direction to SEO teams, focusing on optimizing local search performance and improving organic visibility.

- Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including operations, creative, CRM, and process teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Process Optimization:

Develop and refine workflows and operational processes to enhance efficiency and deliver consistent results.

- Client Collaboration:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing insights and solutions tailored to their hyperlocal marketing needs.

- Analytics & Reporting:

Requirements
-8+ years of experience in hyperlocal marketing, with a strong focus on omnichannel campaigns and creative operations.

-Proven track record of managing operations for both India and international clients.

-Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and CDP platforms.

-Strong understanding of SEO, including local search optimization.

-Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
