Planning Manager( Building Experience)

Role

Responsible for managing the planning, scheduling and coordination of activities at the project site by developing project

schedules, monitoring progress and facilitating communication among project teams to ensure timely project execution

Responsibilities

• Implement detailed project schedules, work plans, and timelines in coordination with project managers, engineering teams, procurement teams, and subcontractors

• Perform critical path analysis to identify the sequence of tasks and activities that affect the overall duration of the project, highlighting activities that are critical to project completion

• Coordinate with project managers and department heads to identify resource requirements, including manpower, equipment, material s, and subcontractor services

• Monitor the progress of construction activities, procurement activities, and other project tasks against the planned schedule, identifying deviations, delays, or bottlenecks

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
