MEP Manager( Building Experience)

Role

Responsible for all mechanical execution works at project sites involving managing the mechanical team, coordinating

with various stakeholders and ensuring the successful implementation of mechanical work in compliance with client requirement s a nd

contract

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment, including plumbing, fire protection etc.

• Manage the mechanical execution team, including technicians, pipefitters, welders, and subcontractors, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and quality checks to monitor work progress, identify issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary

• Coordinate with procurement teams to procure mechanical materials, equipment, and supplies required for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and cost effective procurement practices

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• candidate Must have building experience.
