Billing Manager

Role

Responsible for managing the end to end billing process, including invoice generation, validation, and submission,

ensuring compliance with contractual terms, project milestones, and billing schedules

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather accurate project data, including progress milestone s, deliverables and approved change orders for billing purposes

• Manage the preparation and verification of client billing and ensure that the invoices reflect the actual work completed

• Ensure that the invoices prepared basis project contracts are submitted timely to the clients and are as per schedule

• Coordinate with various stakeholders at project site to verify and check all the invoices of subcontractors with respect to PO/R C terms

• Manage the certification of invoices for subcontractors, vendors and suppliers for further processing of payment

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client billing inquiries, invoice disputes, and payment follow ups, addressing client concerns and resolving billing related issues in a timely and professional manner

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Candidate must have building experience
