Quality Manager

Role

Responsible for implementation of quality management systems and processes at the project site involving maintaining

quality standards, conducting audits, managing non conformances and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and standards

Responsibilities

• Set up quality labs at project site and ensure all quality tests and checks are conducted as per the defined guidelines

• Plan and conduct quality inspections and audits at various stages of project execution along with ensuring quality assessment of materials coming from suppliers to verify compliance with quality standards and contractual requirements

• Identify deficiencies, non conformities, and areas for improvement, and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective a nd preventive actions

• Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and verify their implementation to prevent recurrence of quality issues

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, codes, and requirements applicable to construction projects, including building codes, quality standards, and environmental regulations

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidate must have building experience.
