ServiceNow Developer - ITOM/ITBM Module (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance business processes and IT service management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, focusing on ITOM, ITAM, and SPM.

- Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping in ITOM.

- Implement and manage ITAM solutions for asset tracking and lifecycle management.

- Work on SPM (formerly ITBM) modules, including demand, project, and resource management.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues, ensuring platform stability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize ServiceNow functionalities.

- Ensure compliance with best practices, security policies, and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

- Strong expertise in ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping).

- Experience with ITAM (Hardware, Software, License Management).

- Knowledge of SPM (Demand, Project, Portfolio Management).

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs).

- ServiceNow certifications (preferred: Certified System Administrator, ITOM/ITAM/ITBM Specialist).
