Integration Engineer - iPaaS Solutions (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver high-quality, enterprise-grade integrations between our platform and third-party software.

- Guide technical discussions with customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with Pre-Sales Architects, Consulting Delivery Managers, Implementation Consultants, and Project Managers to design and implement integrated solutions.

- Oversee technical development and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for all integration projects.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to customer integrations effectively and efficiently.

- Provide post-deployment technical support for integration-related issues.

- Assess integration needs and requirements, identify appropriate solutions, and clearly communicate the integration process and capabilities to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop and implement integration solutions using various technologies (IPaaS, custom coding, ETL).

- Configure Workfront to support the chosen integration approach.

- Participate in data migration projects from previous client tools and systems.

Required Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of overall experience in software development.

- 2+ years of experience in client-facing integration and/or implementation work (integration, software development, networking, operations).

- Proficient with at least one Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) provider (Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).

- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, PHP, Python).

- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

- Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience implementing solutions in a SaaS environment.

- Experience integrating with enterprise systems of record (ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Workfront.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with Agile methodologies
