ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITBM Module (4-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our growing IT team.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will be responsible for customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet the specific needs of our organization, improving efficiency and productivity across various departments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

- Customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, and others.

- Develop and maintain custom scripts (JavaScript, GlideScript) and business rules.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow forms, UI Pages, and other user interfaces.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g, ERP, CRM, HR) using APIs and other integration methods.

- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

- Automate tasks such as incident management, problem resolution, change requests, and service requests.

- Test and debug ServiceNow applications and integrations.

- Ensure the quality, performance, and stability of ServiceNow solutions.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all ServiceNow customizations and integrations.

- Provide technical support to end-users on ServiceNow applications.

- Collaborate effectively with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other departments.

- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow scripting languages.

- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM.

- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and UI policies.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
