Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in modern web technologies to build high-quality, responsive, and accessible web applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and React, along with experience in frontend build tools and version control.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain web applications with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Ensure accessibility best practices (ARIA roles, screen reader compatibility) and cross-browser compatibility.

- Implement responsive design using Flexbox, CSS Grid, and media queries.

- Work with preprocessors like SASS or LESS for efficient styling.

- Develop interactive and dynamic UI components using React.js.

- Optimize application performance through memoization, lazy loading, and efficient state management (React hooks, Context API).

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.

- Maintain code quality, documentation, and best practices.

- Utilize Git for version control and maintain clean and well-structured repositories.

- Implement and execute unit testing using Jest, React Testing Library (a plus).

- Debug and troubleshoot performance and functional issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficiency in HTML5, including semantic elements and accessibility principles.

- Strong knowledge of CSS3, including animations, transitions, and keyframes.

- Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+ features) such as arrow functions, destructuring, promises, and async/await.

- Ability to manipulate the DOM and handle events efficiently.

- Understanding of React component lifecycle, functional components, and hooks.

- Experience with state management using React Context API.

- Familiarity with component libraries like Material-UI or Ant Design.

- Basic knowledge of performance optimizations in React.

Tools & Technologies :

- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack and Babel.

- Strong knowledge of version control (Git).

- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in performance optimization and writing efficient, scalable code.

- Understanding of Critical CSS and its impact on web performance.

- Familiarity with debugging tools and browser developer tools.

- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
