Senior Frontend Developer - Javascript Frameworks (5-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, user-friendly web applications.

You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate designs and requirements into elegant and performant front-end code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain complex and interactive user interfaces for web applications.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code using modern JavaScript frameworks (primarily React).

- Collaborate with designers and product managers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to development, testing, and deployment.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and stability of the front-end code.

- Optimize front-end performance for speed and efficiency.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

- Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficient working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, React

- User experience and user-centric development

- Leading design-related conversations, building and nurturing relationships, fostering collaboration

- Self-starter and passionate learner

- Good understanding of Server-side CSS pre-processing platforms (LESS and SASS)

- Creative problem-solving with a strong eye for detail

- Strong team player with proactive time and deliverable management

- Experience with Version and source control (Git or Bitbucket)

- Experience working in an agile team structure

- Experience working alongside UX teams

- Experience with browser testing and debugging.

- Understanding of all major browsers and their quirks.

- Familiarity with design tools (Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
