Desirable Skills :

- 4+ years of Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery of Infrastructure and Applications.

- Must-Have experience in Service Mapping.

- Understanding of configuration and implementation experience of CMDB.

- 2-4 years of Hands-on experience on Service Mapping, creation of custom probes.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery.

- Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services.

- Development knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, CMDB, REST Calls, Business Rules, Workflows

- Experience with WMI, SSH, SNMP, PowerShell, REST, SOAP, and JavaScript.

- Experience working with LDAP, Active Directory, and SUDO a plus

- Event management experience

Requirements :

1. ServiceNow Certification :

- Candidates must possess at least one valid ServiceNow certification.

- This is a non-negotiable requirement and is essential for the role.

2. Location Preference :

3. Educational Qualifications :

Candidates must hold at least a Bachelors degree in one of the following faculties :

- Computer Science

- Information Technology

- Programming & Systems Analysis

- Science (Computer Studies)

4. Experience :

- Candidates must have development and integration experience, particularly with ServiceNow.(MUST HAVE)

5. Availability :

- Candidates should be available for immediate joining or within a 15 to 30 days notice period.
