ServiceNow Developer - ITOM Module (4-8 yrs)

Position : SERVICENOW ITOM DEVELOPER

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 4 - 8 yrs

- Immediate Joiners only

Qualification and Experience :

- Have a passion for Programming and problem solving

- Prior working experience with any ITSM tools will be an added advantage

- Deep knowledge on Object Oriented Programming Concepts (OOPS) and Object-Oriented Design Principles

- Knowledge of Python, Shell scripting and PowerShell will be needed.

- Should have working experience in event management module, integration with event management module from monitoring tool

- Should have working experience in Cloud Management Module of ServiceNow.

- Should have built some automation script for customer to save cost.

- Should have knowledge on integrating multiple tools as per requirement and should be capable enough to write script in any language

- Should have knowledge on cloud platform like AWS, Azure

- Debugging skill along with coding skills is very important

- Well aware of the importance and techniques of writing unit testable code

- Prior knowledge of ITIL process will be an added advantage
