We Are hiring for Program Manager.
Location : Bangalore
Experience : 8-12yrs (Relevant Experience Should be 6+ Years)

Required Experience & Skills :
Executive Presentations :
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership (e.g., C-suite, Board of Directors) on program status, key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and recommendations.
- Translate complex technical and business information into clear, concise, and impactful presentations that resonate with the executive audience.
- Prepare and present data-driven analyses and insights to support decision-making and secure necessary approvals.
- Effectively communicate the program's value proposition and demonstrate its alignment with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain robust governance processes, including program charters, risk registers, issue logs, and change management plans.
- Conduct regular program reviews and steering committee meetings to track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Monitor and control program budget, resources, and timelines, ensuring adherence to approved plans.
- Implement and enforce appropriate project management methodologies and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of the overall program strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure program alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in developing and delivering executive-level presentations
- Preferred to have expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong understanding of business processes and financial management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications (preferred).
- Should be good in Presentation skill
- Should be excellent in PowerPoint presentation and storytelling.
- Should have knowledge on Governance.
