Permanent work from home. Nobody questions you or interfere.

Dislikes

Worst organisation to work with. No work culture. Leads are not good at all. Salary will be reduced each month tremendously without valid reasons. you can see your salary mentioned in offer letter only in that paper. They never give the salary to their employees properly. More than 60% salary reductions each month. You can't lead your life with this salary. They never pay you the amount as said in offer letter.The management never understand the pain of the employees.Never join this worst organization. If you are joining you are wasting your career. Think wisely.

It was a company of all half information, when I joined I had a fixed salary and when the month got completed I received less salary because there was deduction on the fixed part, also there was alot of miss communication with the teams/managers, as I got to know my reporting manager after 1 month of working

Worst company of my life I have ever worked for. No management, No salary, No proper excuses. Long working hours, big targets, no clear policy of recruitment incentives, not supportive at all. They are deducting salary unnecessarily, without even letting know the reason. Performance is calculated not on hard work but on bull shit reasons. Not giving payments properly. Working culture is not good. No coordination between the Director and the reporting manager of specific department. They don't know the basic ethics of job requirements as well well they have behavioral issues about how to treat employees. Not recommended to join this organisation. If you are deciding to join this organisation think about the consequences a minimum 100 times. If you are a women employee the illiterate director will give you unwanted personal comments to get his work done ( I can say the director is not from a normal background and he doesn't know how to behave with a woman employee) " BE AWARE ABOUT THIS PSYCHOPATH DIRECTOR AS WELL AS FRAUDULENT ORGANISATION"

I am writing to express some concerns I have regarding the treatment and conditions of interns within the organization. As an intern myself, I have observed certain practices that appear to be inconsistent with fair and ethical standards for internship programs. Specifically, I have encountered the following issues: Unprofessional Behavior by Supervisor: I have noticed instances of unfair treatment by my supervisor, [Kajal madam]. There have been instances of inappropriate behavior, including excessive work hours, unfair blaming, shouting, and backbiting. These actions create a stressful and demotivating environment for interns. Lack of Skill Development Opportunities: I initially joined the internship to enhance my skills in HR recruitment and add valuable experience to my CV. I have made significant personal efforts, including traveling from Noida to Govindpuri for guidance and even relocating to Vishwakarma Colony to be closer to the office. Despite these efforts, I am concerned that the organization is now considering hiring another intern, which makes me question the fulfillment of the promises made during the hiring process. Inconsistent Communication and Uncertainty: I am unsure about the duration and purpose of my internship. The lack of clear communication regarding my role and future within the organization has left me uncertain and disheartened about the investment of my time and effort. I firmly believe that internships should be valuable learning experiences, providing opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and professional growth. However, the current situation seems to diverge from these principles, which not only affects the interns' experience but also their overall wellness I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss these concerns further and explore ways in which the organization can improve its treatment of interns and ensure that the internship program aligns with industry standards and ethical practices.

This was and will be the worst organization in my entire tenure. Every once in a while, I recall my experience here and think of labor injustice in India and how easy it is for a bunch of people with some money to get registered by Govt. and then start exploiting people. Making them work 16 hours a day, dehumanizing them, and torturing them without any money with the promise of future payments. The future payments which never came. I had worked in smaller organizations before and had a pretty great experience, I guess, they lacked the egotistic, self-centered behavior and the drive to rob their employees.
