ServiceNow Developer - HRSD Module (4-8 yrs)

JOB DETAILS :

Role : SERVICE NOW - HRSD

Experience : 4 - 8 years

Payroll Mode : Permanent

Location : Pune (Ready to relocate within India).

Work mode Pune : Work from Office

Salary : 12 24 LPA ( Hide the salary)

Desirable Skills :

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration of HRSD module

2. Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, Jelly, and ServiceNow APIs

3. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide technical solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices

4. Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) processes such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies

5. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders

6. Demonstrated expertise in leading a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators

7. Experience in integrations with other enterprise systems

8. Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS : Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.

9. ServiceNow certifications in HRSD will be added advantage.

Requirements :

1. ServiceNow Certification :

- Candidates must possess at least one valid ServiceNow certification.

- This is a non-negotiable requirement and is essential for the role.

2. Location Preference :

- Please note that we will not consider resumes from candidates based in the Andhra Pradesh region.

- This is due to specific logistical and strategic reasons.

Educational Qualifications :

Candidates must hold at least a Bachelors degree in one of the following faculties :

1. Computer Science

2. Information Technology

3. Programming & Systems Analysis

4. Science (Computer Studies)

Experience :

1. Candidates must have development, scripting and integration experience, particularly with ServiceNow.(MUST HAVE)
