About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to join our team in Pune on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing, integrating, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that streamline and enhance HR processes for our clients. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their business requirements, design and implement effective solutions, and provide exceptional customer service. Key

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and scripts.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and other relevant technologies.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, ERP, CRM) using various integration methods (e.g., APIs, web services).

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., project managers, business analysts, testers) to achieve project objectives.

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.

- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript).

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, ERP, CRM).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
