ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Asset Management Module (3-8 yrs)

Pune location only (Hybrid - 2 day in office).

Relevant experience required : 5+ years.

Job Description :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience setting up and configuring the ServiceNow ITSM Asset Management module.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ITSM processes and implementation.

- Hands-on experience in developing/customizing user interface, reporting, and dashboards in ServiceNow.

- Experience in developing and optimizing ITSM asset management processes using best practices based on industry standards.

- Experience in designing, configuring and implementing ServiceNow ITSM Asset Management module including defining asset types, attributes, and workflows.

- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third party applications.

- Worked on CSM Module of ServiceNow.

- Experience in migrating from ITSM to CSM

- Experience on Enterprise Asset Management Module ServiceNow CSA certification.

- Certification in Enterprise asset management Or IT Asset Management.
