Job Overview:
IT agreement management inclusive of renewal, signing and creation.
Coordination with IT Stakeholders, Legal & Sourcing team
Vendor Creation, PR/PO Creation in SAP, Vendor payment Management
Jobs and responsibilities:
- Analytics of spend vs budgets. Ensure spends within budgets.
- Vendor Creation
- Timely Vendor Payment management
- Budget tracking and monthly provisioning
- Timely Vendor Invoice management
- Interact closely with the IT and the Sourcing Teams for SR creation in Ariba, PO creation and release
- Interact with Legal and IT teams to ensure that the contracts are created on time, IT Agreements Management inclusive of renewal and signing process.
- Coordinating with Vendors and IT Stakeholders
