Purchase (On Contract)

Role & responsibilities

• Reviewing procurement requests, generating purchase orders and bidding for necessary products
• Choosing and purchasing items and approving payments in accordance with contractual agreements with manufacturers or suppliers
• Negotiating contracts with existing and prospective suppliers and vendors
• Collaborating closely with inventory management to make sure that all deliveries are met and report any missing, defective or back-ordered products
• Working and interacting closely with the field management team to verify that all field purchase orders are accurate
• Sending weekly or monthly reports to key executives and management with evidence of completed purchase orders.
