Reporting To: HOD/GM
Department : Purchase.
Authority : Purchase Orders
• Procurement plan per the purchase request from Planning.
• Improve the negotiations skills and increase the profitability.
• Organize the materials Just In Time (JIT)
• Understanding the technical specification of the products
• Follow 5s procedures.
• Control the inventory within the tolerance limit.
• Maintain two approved vendors minimum for each of the product.
• To be Followed IMS policy, procedures and Formats.
