Assistant Accountant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Handle both Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO invoices accurately.
• Payment Processing and Banking: Execute payments promptly and manage banking activities.
• Vendor Query Resolution: Address and resolve vendor queries efficiently.
• Employee Expense Processing: Process employee expense reports according to company policies.
• Statement Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy.
• Vendor Clearing: Manage vendor clearing accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monthly Reporting: Prepare and submit various financial reports monthly.
• Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• SAP Proficiency: Utilize SAP for all relevant PTP processes, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar PTP role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and its application in PTP processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Finance & Accounts -> P2P

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Commerce.
