- Processing Monthly bills & follow up for supporting documents
- Maintain the records of vendor registration, Work order & assets Management.
- Process - Purchase order, negotiation with Vendor and tracking at delivery as per the PO term
- Good knowledge of accounting and finance and commercial understanding.
- Required Good communication skill, any other activity to related to commercial departments and Strategy Office.
- Prepare the quarterly budgeting & Monthly report.
