Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and
qualifications
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Back Office Executive to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
This role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage
multiple responsibilities efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all
financial and back end operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals,
and accounts payable/receivable.
Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and reporting.
Reconcile bank statements and manage daily financial
transactions.
Process employee expense reimbursements and manage petty
cash.
Purchase Orders & Invoicing:
Create, review, and process purchase orders and coordinate with
suppliers as needed.
Prepare, issue, and track sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and
timely distribution.
Monitor outstanding invoices and coordinate with clients for timely
payment collections.
General Administration & Back end Support:
Support administrative functions related to finance, such as filing,
documentation, and data entry.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth workflow and
document exchange.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Generate periodic reports, including aging reports for accounts
receivable/payable.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Analyze financial data to identify trends or discrepancies.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or
similar) and Microsoft Excel.Experience with purchase order management and invoicing.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and
external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Knowledge of inventory management and vendor coordination.
