Position: P&C Claims Offering Leader.
Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Coimbatore.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales :
- Lead pre-sales/proposal with customer team by internally collaborating with sales, marketing, and other Vertical/Engineering Center leaders.
- Engage with customer leadership (CXOs) to provide thought leadership and instill best confidence as part of pre-sales journey.
- Need to be hands-on to perform system study/discovery for brief tenure on specialized platform.
- Extend connect with industry CXOs.
Offering Definition/Refinement:
- Conduct ongoing industry research on Claims offerings, covering areas such as Claims Modernization, Operations, Claims Experience, and Claims Analytics, encompassing end-to-end solutions for the Claims Value Chain.
- Perform industry competition analysis to for competitive positioning.
- Define and refine business outcome-driven offerings and services for the P&C Claims Value chain, based on market opportunities.
Offering Collaterals:
- Create offering collaterals, Playbooks for sales and marketing team.
- Create required collaterals, Playbooks for delivery team - Process & methodology definition, Execution framework, etc.
Assets and accelerators:
- Review customer and marketplace and identify required assets and accelerators for chosen offerings.
- Work with architects, Engineering center groups to build, test and institutionalize assets and accelerators.
Marketing:
- Contribute to branding and marketing in terms of white paper, blogs, etc..
- Contribute to creating case studies working along with customer team.
- Work with Leading Industry Analysts for Market research and spreading awareness.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase expertise and build relationships.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with in Practice leadership team to help and drive overall business plan and attend to sales/customer priorities.
- Need to collaborate with Industry Analysts like Everest, Novarica, Celent.
- Need to collaborate well within the ecosystem - sales, marketing, delivery, Engineering, HR, L&D to bring in collective success to the organization.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
- Overall experience of 15+ years in P&C programs with 6+ yrs of experience on practice/pre-sales roles.
Domain Experience:
- Strong experience in P&C domain/industry including personal and commercial Products.
- Should be well-versed on P&C Claims domain, knowledge of customer pain points and opportunity for the Claims Value chain.
- Good to have experience on blogging on insurance industry.
- Preferred to have industry credentials like AINS, CPCU.
Technology Experience:
- Strong experience in leading P&C core platforms - Guidewire.
- Should have strong technology hands-on experience on configurations/integration /Claims modules on the platform.
- An understanding of Claims Modernization and knowledge of an End-to-end Architecture.
- Good to have architecture experience and exposure,.
- Good to have certification on core platforms.
- Good to have experience on other P&C core platforms - Sapiens, Insurity, Duck Creek.
- Good to have experience/exposure to digital technologies - Cloud, API, portals.
Pre-Sales Experience:
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and persuasive/influencing skills.
- Excellent written communication including emails, whitepaper, presentations.
- Strong experience on preparing and leading proposals including estimations, schedule, costing, etc. and presentations to customers.
- Must have experience on creating statement of work (SOWs), project charter.
- Good experience on performing application system study/discovery.
Offering Experience:
- Strong experience on leading/participating creation of business offerings.
- Strong experience on performing P&C industry research including industry analysis, competition analysis, platform analysis & geography analysis.
Leadership Experience:
- Solid management & leadership experience on Large P&C Implementations, with specific focus on Claims Modernization.
- Must have direct exposure to managing clients at US.
- Must have good experience on leading & managing people.
- Good to have experience on waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Good to have experience on program management/implementation experience.
Attitude:
- Must be willing to work independently, collaborate with stakeholders towards intended goals.
- Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated to take on challenges at work.
- Must be a continuous learner on technology, domain, and leadership.
- Must be great team player, inspiring and fun loving for people to work with.
