Application Architect (Assistant Vice President)

Requirement Analysis:

- Analyze RFP documents to understand technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.

- Conduct stakeholder discussions to clarify project scope and constraints.

Application Architecture Design:

- Develop end-to-end application architecture, including frontend, backend, middleware, and database components.

- Ensure compliance with government regulations, standards (e.g., GIGW), and security policies.

- Incorporate scalability, performance, and disaster recovery into the design.

- Proven experience in designing secure and scalable Application architectures for large-scale systems.

Technology Selection:

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and tools based on the project needs.

- Ensure compatibility with open-source and enterprise technologies as stipulated in the RFP.

Solution Documentation:

- Prepare detailed technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, data flow models, and integration plans.

- Articulate the value proposition, including cost-effectiveness and technical innovation, in the RFP response.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with bid management, project management, and development teams to ensure a unified response.

- Collaborate with domain and technical experts to validate assumptions and architecture feasibility.

Compliance and Standards:

- Ensure that the proposed architecture adheres to compliance standards such as OWASP, ISO 27001, and government-mandated norms.

- Include quality assurance measures to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

Prototype and Demonstration:

- Develop proof of concepts or prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility of critical components if required by the RFP.

Risk Mitigation:

- Identify potential risks in the architecture and suggest mitigation strategies.

- Plan for scalability, maintainability, and future enhancements.
