Position: Partnership & Alliance - Manager.
Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Coimbatore.
ValueMomentum is looking for a passionate and energetic alliance professional with a background in managing complex strategic partner programs.
The successful candidate will manage partner operations for ValueMomentum's strategic partners.
Responsibilities include partner portal administration, user management, timely renewals, deal registrations, certification tagging, monitoring partner program KPIs, and sales alignment calls.
Responsibilities:
Identification:
- Collaborating with ValueMomentum's industry and technical teams to identify potential partners.
- Outreach to key stakeholders within the partner ecosystem to initiate partner alignment and onboarding discussions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for partner on-boarding and partner enablement activities.
Program management:
- Monitor KPIs for various partner programs for ValueMomentum's strategic partners.
- Partner Program administration.
- Ensure that ValueMomentum meets compliance requirements to maintain good standing in the partner programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure visibility, and tier progression in the partner ecosystem.
- Differentiate ValueMomentum within the partner ecosystem by leveraging program levers such as industry/technology badges, MVP certification, funding programs, and joint marketing activities.
Partner sales support:
- Coordinate alignment calls between partner account teams and ValueMomentum sales executives.
- Working with sales team to register deals and win credit for partner influence.
- Guide engineering teams on training programs, advisory groups and early enablement programs available as part of partnership.
- Understand various partner funding programs to support customer opportunities, marketing activities, or learning and development.
Partner marketing:
- Collaborate with the enterprise marketing team to run partner specific campaigns.
- Support marketing and sales team in partner event participation and collaborate with necessary stakeholders to ensure success at partner events.
- Coordination with sales and marketing team to publish customer success stories.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in partnership management.
- Experience in managing consulting/SI partner program tracks for technology partners such as Guidewire, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
