ValueMomentum is seeking Guidewire Practice Lead with experience in providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in the configuration and integration of Guidewire products working closely with client implementations to deliver high quality solutions leading a team of architects supporting presales team ongoing awareness of technological trends to determine where to apply new technologies.

Responsibilities :

As Practice Lead - Guidewire, your day-to-day work activities will be as follows :

1.Pre-Sales :

- Lead pre-sales/proposal with customer team by collaborating with sales, marketing, and other LOB teams

- Engage with customer leadership (CXOs) to provide Guidewire thought leadership and instill best confidence as part of pre-sales journey

- Perform system study/discovery for brief tenure on Guidewire platform

2.Offering Definition/Refinement :

- Support offering expansion/new offering definition with industry and platform research

- Support creating offering collaterals required

3. Delivery Reviews :

- Lead periodic delivery audits and measure against the goals & objectives defined in SOW and agreed with the customer

- Connect periodically with customer leadership for ongoing health check of the projects

4.Assets and accelerators :

- Review customer, marketplace and identify required assets and accelerators for offerings that would address key customer challenges

- Work with architects, CoE groups to build, test and institutionalize assets and accelerators

5.Marketing :

- Contribute to branding and marketing by authoring white papers, blogs, etc.

- Contribute to creating case studies working along with customer team

6.Collaboration :

- Work closely within Practice leadership team to help overall business plan and attend to sales/customer priorities

- Contribute to Guidewire Center of Excellence (COE)

- Need to collaborate well within the ecosystem - sales, alliance, marketing, delivery, HR, L&D to bring in collective success to the organization.

- With over 15 years of experience in Consulting or Insurance, specializing in large-scale system delivery, ideally encompassing the Guidewire Full Suite (Policy Center, Billing Center,Claims Center, Contact Manager, Digital me, Datahub, and Info Center).

- Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing extensive Guidewire full suite implementations across all project stages, including Scoping, Solution design, Planning,

- Requirements Gathering, Development, Testing (QA/UAT) & setup of Development/QA/UAT/Production environments (Guidewire product installations).

- Hands-on technical expertise specifically in Guidewire Policy, Claims, Billing & Interfacing (Integration) with Third Party systems including complex legacy applications.

- Strong knowledge and comprehension of standards, specifications & standards bodies (e.g ,XML, UDDI, Web services, ACORD, ISO, NCCI, etc.

- Extensive working experience in Onshore/Offshore model & handling large teams.

- Delivery Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Engage with sales and delivery in driving growth in the Guidewire vertical & build/execute

Desired Skill Set :

- Deep understanding of Guidewire's core components such as Policy Center, Billing Center, Claim Center

- Strong knowledge of insurance processes and systems, including policy, billing, claims.

- Experience in managing large-scale projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of consultants and developers.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage client expectations.

- Understanding of business processes and the ability to align technical solutions with business goals.
