Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, APICS) is preferred.

Experience : A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, and distribution management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.

Industry Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and distribution.

Leadership Skills : Proven experience in leading and managing large, diverse teams, and developing talent at all levels.

Financial Acumen : Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial management within a logistics environment.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to use data and analytics to assess logistics performance and drive continuous improvement.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Technological Expertise : Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and advanced supply chain technology.

Working Conditions :

Location : May require travel to various logistics hubs, warehouses, or regional offices.

Schedule : This is a full-time executive position, typically requiring flexibility in hours to manage cross-timezone operations and urgent matters.
