Job Description
- Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA
- 3+ Years of experience
- Experience in Retail will be preferred.
- Adobe Illustrator and Coral Required
Key Result Areas
- Organization and maintenance of design development including tech-packs artworks, trims sheet fabric worksheets, initial development.
- Work closely with Design Directors to create concepts, select color stories and develop fabrics, prints trim and graphics.
- Executing the overall development process by making sure all development of styles is on calendar in time for sales meetings and market week
- Trends forecasting, creating color boards and mood boards, range development and sampling for all categories.
- Work with the stitching master and tailors to ensure design protocols are being followed.
