Job Description
- Identification of the new sites for opening retail stores through various alternate methods i.e Online, freelancers etc.
- Developing new and innovative solutions for prospective partnerships by developing appropriate business models by category.
- Mapping existing trends and predicts future trends by developing industry networks.
- Identifying developing new streams as per company s annual expansion plans.
- Studying trends in the market with respect to different category mixes of partnerships in retail.
- Acquiring site plans/agreements from land owners for scrutiny and negotiating on contract agreement with the land owners.
- Conducting competitor analysis competency for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share.
- Maintaining records of sites under negotiation, sites handed over to Projects team, stores due to open and records of all approved sites.
- Coordinating with the legal department for legal compliance s during negotiations and documentation of approved sites.
