- Responsible for delivering operations improvement engagements like

- Supply Chain Diagnostics Inbound, outbound, different modes

- Warehousing / Logistics efficiency improvement

- Network optimization, inventory optimization

- Cost reduction Direct and indirect costs

- Business Process Improvement Value Stream Mapping, using Lean Tools

- Manpower productivity improvement

- Technology tools for supporting manufacturing / warheousing / logistics

- Carry out work as per project plan agreed with client, quick learner at client location, training & hand holding client teams on improvement areas, coordinate and conduct reviews with client site management and steering committee, reporting as per frequency, highlighting key areas of improvement, risks, etc.

- Responsible for deliverables as per the schedule agreed with the client

- Back-end analysis: Industry Analysis, Client data analysis using advanced excel, analytics software, analytical tools like process mapping, statistical analysis, basic QC tools, etc

- Job requires travelling to client locations as per the engagements requirements, good report writing and presentation skills, well verse with analytical tools and making meaningful output from data obtained from client, good communication skills, ability to interact and connect with client personnel across levels
