Niine - Manager - Supply Chain (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CFA operations, sales order reviews, warehouse management, reverse logistics, and vendor development.

This role requires strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, proficiency in SAP and Excel, and a proactive approach to achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

CFA Operations & Logistics:

- Oversee and manage CFA operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.

- Conduct thorough reviews of sales orders to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

- Optimize vehicle categories for transportation to maximize cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

- Plan and implement freight optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve service levels.

- Supervise warehouse management processes, including inventory control, storage, and dispatch.

- Manage sales returns and reverse logistics processes to minimize losses and streamline operations.

Finance & Legal Compliance:

- Prepare and manage agreements related to CFA, warehouse, transportation, and courier services.

- Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations.

- Develop and maintain monthly cost budgets and provisions.

- Generate and analyze MIS reports to track key performance indicators and operational metrics.

Vendor & CFA Development:

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and CFA partners to strengthen the supply chain network.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in CFA operations, logistics, and warehouse management.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SAP for managing supply chain operations.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Mobility: Must own personal conveyance (bike/car) to commute between the warehouse and plant locations.
