Head - Warehouse & Logistics (15-27 yrs)

- Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations across manufacturing plants and 19 warehouses nationwide.

- Oversee seamless logistics and delivery processes across B2B, B2C, and D2C business segments.

- Manage a highly complex operation with a strong focus on achieving high TAT (Turnaround Time) delivery standards.

- Optimize warehouse performance and logistics efficiency, ensuring compliance with organizational goals and budgets.

- Manage and optimize the annual budget, holding P&L responsibility for SCM at the group level.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards in all logistics and warehouse operations.
