General Manager/AGM Business Development -Bangalore-Interior Fit out

Responsibilities:

- Experience required is minimum of 12 years to 18 years in the field of corporate sales, interior fit out sales.

- Strong ability of connectivity with market leaders. Should have good repo with the organizations in building industries, marketing in real estate commercial, brokers at international corporate level, architects and interior design companies

- Candidate should have extensive market study for commercial development; vision of futuristic anchoring of clients in various commercial and office segment.

- The marketing experience for sourcing the Interior projects of corporate commercial, IT, malls, banks, will only be preferred

- The person should have excellent marketing ability and presentation skill

- Good Knowledge of Bangalore /South Market working and the real estate Industry

- Good command over English language and local language, Smart, Well connected and well informed

- Annual Target of sourcing the project shall be at least 50 Cr projects

- Should be knowledgeable to explain the clients about modern and theme oriented Interior Designs. Ability to source the target based projects.

- Experience in corporate interiors field, marketing experience for interior projects in corporate organization in Bangalore, exposure to working with large PMCs Corporates, Real Estate consultants and Architects

- Managing a team of BDE, planning their target, training of new joinees and strategic planning of the area of operation. Willing to be an individual and team performer.

- Travelling will be 75%.

Qualification:

- Diploma / degree in Interior Designing or BArch. Graduate with MBA in Marketing with experience of 12-16 years in the relevant field

- Graduates with interior fit out experience of not less than 8 years in GM/AGM role.
