Talent Acquisition Manager
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts for Non-IT positions.
- This role also involves managing vendor relationships to ensure a consistent and high-quality talent pipeline.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in FMCG , D2D , RETAIL, E-COMMERCE or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational goals.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with recruitment vendors to maintain a steady inflow of top-tier talent.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Implement and maintain recruitment best practices and innovative sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory).
- Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on Non-IT roles.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and modern sourcing methods.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
