Talent Acquisition Manager
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee talent acquisition and vendor management for Non-IT positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure role alignment.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment vendors to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements :
- A strong academic background preferably MBA in Human Resources from tier 1-2 colleges (Mandatory).
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably Non-IT.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and modern sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
