Job Description:

6. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring timeliness and precision.

7. Oversee compliance with tax regulations, including the timely filing of returns.

8. Ensure accuracy of general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and readiness for audit processes.

9. Oversee cash flow to maintain liquidity and ensure availability of funds for operational and strategic needs.

10. Develop cash flow projections and monitor performance to identify and address any potential gaps proactively.

11. Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management, board members, and key stakeholders.

12. Guarantee timely and accurate reporting aligned with organizational objectives and standards.

13. Establish and enforce strong internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.

14. Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and governance policies.
