Role Overview Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator with over 5 years of expertise in Salesforce administration and additional proficiency in Apex and Lightning component development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing, optimizing, and customizing our Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs.
This role goes beyond traditional administration, requiring a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities. The candidate will also leverage their backend development skills to ensure seamless integration, enhance functionality, and maintain data integrity across the platform. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Salesforce Administrator will deliver scalable, innovative solutions that drive efficiency and support the organization's strategic objectives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
â Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, security settings, and data management.
â Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and processes to align with business needs.
â Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics for various departments.
â Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases.
â Implement and optimize automation tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex triggers.
â Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, including Lightning components.
â Enhance platform functionality through Apex coding and Lightning component development.
â Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
â Provide training and support to Salesforce users across the organization.
â Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
â Collaborate with development teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems using Apex and APIs.
â Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated platforms.
What Do I Need to Be Successful? (Technical and Interpersonal)
â 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
â Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
â Proficiency in Salesforce customization and development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
â Experience with Apex coding and Lightning component development is required.
â Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data migration tools.
â Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
