Hiring For Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Customization: Customize Salesforce applications, workflows, processes, and reports to align with business requirements and improve operational efficiency.

• Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and ETL tools.

• Data Management: Oversee data migration, synchronization, and data quality within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and security.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, assisting users with system navigation, configuration, and functionality.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce.

• Documentation: Create technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.

• Governance and Best Practices: Adhere to Salesforce development best practices, including coding standards, version control, and deployment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with handson experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

• Certification: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II are highly desirable.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
