Role Overview Description
We’re looking for an AI Applications Engineer with a strong foundation in AI/ML or backend development to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:-
AI Application Development
● Develop and deploy AI-driven applications leveraging state-of-the-art NLP and LLM technologies.
● Collaborate on designing systems that seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into business workflows.

Backend System Engineering
● Architect and implement backend systems to support AI applications at scale.
● Design APIs and services for smooth integration between AI models and end-user platforms.

Model and Data Integration
● Work closely with data scientists to operationalize models and ensure their performance in production.
● Optimize data pipelines and preprocessing steps for improved AI model efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration
● Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX designers, to align technical solutions with business goals.
● Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team discussions to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience :-
● 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, backend development, or a combination of both.
● Proven track record of delivering robust and scalable applications in either AI or backend domains.

Core Expertise:-
Deep expertise in one of the following areas
● AI/ML: Advanced NLP techniques, LLMs, and AI application development.
● Backend Development: Building scalable backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure for AI applications.
● Above-average proficiency in the complementary domain.

Technical Skills:-
● Proficiency in Python, NLP libraries and LLM APIs.
● Experience with Java is a plus.
● Experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Celery
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
● Experience deploying AI models in production at scale.
● Understanding of MLOps practices for model deployment and maintenance.
