Our Hiring Partner is Looking for:

Role Overview Description
We are seeking a seasoned Paid Search Manager to take ownership of our global paid search strategy. This role is ideal for an SEM expert who is ready to transition from day-to-day campaign management to a more strategic, consultative, and innovative position. You will be instrumental in standardizing processes, optimizing campaigns, driving innovation, and empowering a global team to deliver exceptional results.
This role focuses on leading and influencing global paid search initiatives without direct budget management or hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Leadership:
● Standardize and streamline paid search processes across global markets.
● Develop and implement best practices for keyword strategies, campaign optimization, and scaling digital products.
● Lead innovation by researching and testing new products (Google, Apple Search, Microsoft, etc.).

2) Auditing & Optimization:
● Conduct audits and identify areas for improvement in ongoing campaigns.
● Develop guidelines, forecasts, and problem-solving frameworks to enhance performance.
● Monitor and track campaign effectiveness to ensure high ROAS and continuous growth.

3) Collaboration & Influence:
● Work closely with 20+ digital marketers across 21 markets managing $200k in monthly ad spend.
● Train, educate, and influence team members to adopt paid search best practices.
● Act as a consultant to stakeholders and global teams, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

4) Global Market Expertise:
● Understand market nuances with a focus on key markets like the USA and Singapore.
● Design strategies tailored to diverse regions and audiences.

5) Innovation & Testing:
● Drive the adoption of new paid search products and tools to stay ahead of industry trends.
● Lead the creation of a Center of Excellence (COE) for Paid Search.

6) Stakeholder Communication:
● Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and drive performance.

Key Qualifications:
Experience:
● Minimum 7 years in SEM with a strong background in paid search.
● Proven track record of managing and influencing global campaigns.
● Exposure to high-ticket sales and B2B environments is a plus.
● Experience with Performance Max is preferred.
● Agency experience is welcome (not handling major accounts like Coca-Cola).

Skills:
● In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and other search platforms.
● Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
● Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Preferences:
● Experience working with international teams.
● Familiarity with education or similar industries is a plus but not essential.
Performance Metrics:
Your success will be indirectly measured by the performance of the Digital Marketing Strategists under your guidance and the growth of paid search initiatives globally.
