As a leading B2B omnichannel marketing platform, Experiture helps businesses engage and retain their customers through dynamic, data-driven marketing campaigns. We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist who understands the complexities of marketing in a B2B environment, particularly for SaaS platforms and marketing technology solutions. The ideal candidate will not only manage and optimize paid media campaigns but also craft strategic approaches that resonate with enterprise-level buyers, mid-sized businesses, and marketing professionals. This role requires someone who can navigate a competitive landscape, differentiate our brand, and drive demand generation in a data-driven manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Programmatic Advertising Driving Awareness in a Niche Market

  • Develop and execute programmatic campaigns across DSPs, with a focus on increasing brand visibility among B2B decision-makers.
  • Build and optimize campaigns to reach key B2B personas (marketing executives, digital marketers, CRM managers).
  • Work closely with the sales and product marketing teams to align programmatic efforts with our ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategy.
  • Utilize advanced audience segmentation and intent data to target high-value accounts efficiently.
  • Continuously test and optimize creative formats, placements, and messages for better engagement and conversion in the B2B context.

2. SEM – Capturing High-Intent Audiences

  • Own and manage search engine marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) to capture high-intent leads searching for B2B marketing automation solutions.
  • Conduct competitive keyword analysis, focusing on relevant terms such as “marketing automation for enterprises,” “omnichannel campaign tools,” and other niche B2B terms.
  • Optimize ad copy and landing pages to improve relevance, quality scores, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to create solution-oriented campaigns that address specific customer pain points and buying stages.
  • Track and report on campaign performance with a focus on pipeline contribution and cost per MQL/SQL.

3. Retargeting – Nurturing Complex Buyer Journeys

  • Develop and execute retargeting strategies that keep Experiture top-of-mind for prospects throughout the long B2B sales cycle.
  • Build segmented retargeting campaigns tailored to different stages of the buyer’s journey (awareness, consideration, decision).
  • Leverage insights from CRM and intent data to craft highly personalized ads for known accounts, integrating with our ABM efforts.
  • Continuously monitor and improve retargeting campaigns to drive re-engagement, nurture leads, and increase conversion rates for demo signups, trial requests, and consultation bookings.

Core Objectives:

  • Demand Generation: Drive consistent demand for Experiture’s platform by increasing qualified traffic and lead volume from paid media efforts.
  • ABM Integration: Support the broader ABM strategy by targeting key accounts and personas through tailored paid media campaigns.
  • Thought Leadership Amplification: Promote Experiture’s thought leadership content, such as white papers, case studies, and webinars, through targeted programmatic and retargeting campaigns.
  • Cost Efficiency: Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve lower cost per lead (CPL) and maximize marketing ROI in a competitive B2B environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns for B2B SaaS or marketing technology platforms, with a proven track record in demand generation.
  • Expertise:
    • Deep knowledge of B2B-specific media buying and programmatic advertising for niche audiences.
    • Proven ability to scale SEM campaigns with high keyword relevance and quality scores in competitive industries.
    • Hands-on experience with retargeting solutions across multiple channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, display networks, and social).
  • B2B Demand Generation Focus: Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel, with a focus on driving MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline impact through paid media.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, campaign performance tools, and A/B testing frameworks for continuous optimization.
  • ABM & CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with ABM platforms, CRM tools, and intent data providers to support targeted media efforts.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
    • Strong analytical mindset with a bias for data-driven decision-making and iterative improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, and programmatic advertising certifications.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Ads and other platforms ideal for B2B outreach.
  • Familiarity with MarTech industry trends and competitors to identify gaps and opportunities for positioning Experiture as a leader.
  • Experience with Metabase or similar BI tools for reporting paid media performance in real-time dashboards.
  • Knowledge of Azure Insights for monitoring performance and integrating paid media data into the Experiture platform’s overall analytics.
