Job Description: -

Experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in designing, developing, testing, documenting, and deploying high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform based on both industry best practices and specific business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of Salesforce.com architecture, API, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), and have the capability to lead multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions on the SFDC platform, ensuring they meet business requirements and goals.
• Lead technical design sessions, mapping business needs to system/technical requirements.
• Exhibit deep understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and API.
• Manage project delivery under tight timelines, demonstrating leadership and project management skills.
• Leverage expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC for custom development.
• Salesforce configuration and administration knowledge is beneficial.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• At least 6 years of experience with Salesforce development, including significant work with Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, integration, and implementation of solutions.
• Demonstrated success in executing multiple end-to-end projects, preferably using Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Salesforce deployment processes and tools.
