Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with experience in recruitment to support our talent acquisition process in the Facility Management domain. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of hands-on experience in recruiting skilled professionals for various roles in facility management, including operations, maintenance, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for facility management roles, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding.
    • Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure the best-fit candidates.
    • Ensure timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates, meeting department-specific requirements.
  2. Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Engage with candidates to understand their career goals and match them to suitable positions.
  3. Job Descriptions & Job Postings:
    • Create detailed and accurate job descriptions for roles in facility management, ensuring clarity around responsibilities, requirements, and expectations.
    • Post job vacancies on various platforms and ensure all recruitment channels are aligned with the organization's hiring goals.
  4. Coordinating Interviews & Assessments:
    • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Organize and administer skills assessments (if applicable) to evaluate candidates for technical and operational roles in facilities management.
  5. Onboarding & Induction:
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transition into the company, including documentation, orientation, and introductions to the team.
    • Ensure new employees understand their roles, responsibilities, and key expectations in line with the facility management objectives.
  6. Collaborating with Facility Management Teams:
    • Work closely with Facility Managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
    • Provide support in workforce planning to meet the operational demands of facility management teams.
  7. Employee Data Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and ensure the HR database is up to date.
    • Assist in preparing regular recruitment reports to track progress, challenges, and key performance indicators.
  8. Employer Branding:
    • Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice within the facility management industry through outreach and employer branding initiatives.
    • Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within the facility management, construction, or related industries.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong recruitment skills, including experience in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the facility management industry and the various roles involved.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in HR software, MS Office, and recruitment platforms.
  • Certifications: HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
