*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:*

- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for roles such as Counsellors, Business Development Officers, Trainers, and Tele-callers.

- Develop job descriptions, post vacancies on various platforms, and manage applications.

- Conduct pre-screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.

2. *Candidate Sourcing:*

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.

3. *Employee Onboarding:*

- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

- Assist in conducting orientation sessions and completing joining formalities.

4. *Collaboration with Management:*

- Work closely with department heads to understand recruitment needs and align strategies accordingly.

- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and recommend process improvements.

5. *Market Insights:*

- Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

- Build employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

*Qualifications & Skills:*

- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, especially in roles like Counsellors, BDOs, Trainers, and Tele-callers.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates effectively.

- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously.

- Candidates with recruitment experience in the overseas education or related fields will be given priority.
