Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the selection process.
    • Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring all paperwork is completed and necessary training is provided.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other work-related concerns.
    • Address employee grievances in a professional and timely manner.
    • Support conflict resolution and foster a positive working environment.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
    • Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
  • Training & Development:
    • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating employee training programs.
    • Support employee development initiatives and career growth plans.
  • Compliance & Policies:
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment regulations and best practices.
    • Assist with HR audits and prepare reports as needed.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
    • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits-related issues.
  • HR Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, including turnover rates, headcount, recruitment statistics, etc.
    • Assist with HR metrics analysis and suggest improvements.
  • General HR Support:
    • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.
    • Manage HR documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, with a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
    • Previous experience with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management is preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Knowledge of HR software and MS Office Suite.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
