Job Title: HR Manager & Talent Acquisition

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager and Talent Acquisition specialist to lead our human resources and talent acquisition functions. This role will drive business outcomes by aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals, attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent, and fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Manager:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and manage HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, benefits administration, compliance, and risk management
- Foster a positive work culture and conduct employee surveys
- Oversee benefits administration, compensation, and wellness programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and selection
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain candidate relationships
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs
- Promote the company's employer brand and value proposition
- Identify and develop talent pipelines for critical roles
- Track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and provide insights for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
