Role & responsibilities

• Oversee full-time, part-time and internship recruitment plans and strategies
• Lead and coordinate the recruitment team to ensure efficient recruitment processes and meet hiring goals
• source and expand talent pipelines, actively seek suitable candidates and establish long term recruitment channels.
• Analyze and report recruitment data, optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency
• participate in HR planning and support departments in forecasting workforce needs and implementing hiring plans.
